In
this module all assets owned or leased by the organization can be tracked and
managed during their lifecycle within the organization. The Visual interface
allows end users to see the actual location of their assets across different
floors or buildings owned, leased or rented by the organization. The
information on any asset can easily be made available by clicking on the
specific asset icon. For organizations already using business asset management
systems, a-mantra's Asset Management module can provide the visual
information and necessary interfaces can be developed to avoid replicating data
entry efforts.
The module additionally offers:
Asset lifecycle tracking and management from Asset requisition to acquisition
to disposal through operations like:
- E-requisition
- E-procurement
Generation of documents like Purchase orders, Gatepass, etc;
Visual asset churn/movement control for standard operations through:
Alternate database related changes for the above operations through
user-friendly screens
Collection and updation of data through data logger device
Links to data in organization's existing RDBMS, ERP etc.
