This a-mantra module enables organizations manage their properties efficiently by documenting all property relevant data. The module enables quick review, and indicates action to be taken. It has systems built-in that store information on rental/lease agreements, that enable facilitates managers to take timely and appropriate action. It generates e-mail alerts before agreements expire.

a-mantra allows tracking and display of location data of an organization's spread out properties along with photographs of buildings in great detail. Commercial data about the properties like leasing agreements, rentals, etc. are also managed using this module. Automatic e-mail alerts are sent to Property Managers as and when a building lease comes up for renewal, thus giving them enough time to plan and take appropriate action.
