Client Objectives

The organization required a web-enabled Facilities Management System for Satyam World-Wide. Infrastructure Management has to be implemented in critical areas of Global Space availability, location-wise occupancy, on-line reservation, amendments, confirmation and cancellation. The organization's Assets (PCs, servers, telephones, fax, etc.)had to be tracked with regard to their location, type, model, configuration etc. Further accurate details of Associates allocation and movement of their workplace within the organization had also to be tracked and managed.
The Challenge
a-mantra faced the challenge of managing Satyam's huge worldwide facilities and maintains information on-line. Further all reservation and confirmation had to become online to ensure speed and accuracy of services to the customer. In addition, existing information from the legacy system had to be collated.

a-mantra solution
a-mantra enables a Visual representation of spaces, assets and facilities and made provision for location- based information. A map-based routing assistance was also enabled. Since the information about the organization's facilities has to be made on-line, a-mantra provided for Online Viewing and Booking of Services, Online Database Management, customized and System Generated Reports, and Online information to Payroll.
