Seat Optimization

Seat Optimization Module helps in significant improvement of the productivity. It serves as a web-based real time information portal for all stake holders in the enterprise (Business Management, Center Managers, Agents/Workforce and IT infrastructure staff). It takes inputs from various solutions like Workforce Management solutions, IT Asset Mapping solutions etc. and then taking the organization's seat allocation parameters and constraints gives the best seats for a given process/project for a given timeslot by running an internal algorithm.
