Transport Logistics

This module aims at optimizing organizations' transport logistics facility. The module can be customized to meet the specifications Viz:

- No Employee should travel more than 150% of the actual distance
- Providing escorts in specified cases, such as, if the first pick or

the last drop is a lady.

The module facilitates GIS Data Administration
+ Add/Modify/Delete Employee Location
+ Add/Modify/Delete Landmark Location
+ Road Blocking

Other features of the module are -

  • Log Sheet Generation: Generation of Log sheets with the details of the employees with their order of pick/drop in sequence along with their estimated distance and time.
  • Vendor Management-Effective maintenance of Cab Vendor details and driver details get linked to the reports generated by the Routing application.
  • Billing- Effective generation and validation of bills for the cab drivers for the routes generated with a check between estimated distance and actual distance.
  • MIS-Generation of Reports of the cab utilization and the distance traveled by the cab against the estimated distance.
